FOR CARRIERS

Tell us who you need. We verify, then we advertise.

One form. A recruiter reads it the same day, checks your DOT/MC against FMCSA, and only then does the job go on the public list — with the pay and home time you actually agreed to, not what someone guessed.

01

The company

Everything here becomes the carrier record in our workspace. Legal name first; a DBA can be added later.

Optional now. Nothing can be approved as a carrier without it.

02

The drivers you need

This is what a driver will read. Write it the way you would say it on the phone.

Becomes the vacancy title.

Equipment
Route type

Leave it untouched if you run more than one kind — a recruiter asks.

Drivers filter on this. A wrong answer costs you every call that week.

Where does the work start?

Not necessarily where your office is.

Free text; on the phone a recruiter can split this into up to 20 entries.

A rate type and its amount go together; choose “not stating yet” rather than guessing a number.

Unconfirmed: the number stays in the review queue and will not be printed on the public vacancy.

Past this date the vacancy stops being advertised unless you renew it.

03

You speaking for the company

Stored with the exact wording, the form version and the timestamp — the same way a driver’s consent is stored.
